Ray White Tingalpa has been serving Brisbane’s eastern suburban community for approximately 17 years – and has evolved into a landmark in the local landscape.
Ray White Tingalpa office is jointly owned by Mr Schumann and Ms Auer. The duo have built a solid reputation for service, “in fact, we probably over-service which is a good thing, particularly in a market when people can be a bit nervous,” says Mr Schumann.
Considerable time has been invested into the implementation of professional systems and marketing materials and irrespective of whether the market is “hot or not” there is a focus on proactive profiling. “We like to provide clients with data and marketing information that answers all of their questions, that they feel safe with,” says Ms Auer whose renowned attention to detail was honed during her legal background specialising in property conveyancing.
“We believe that it’s crucial to keep everyone in the loop, so that everything is seamless – the idea is to keep it simple for clients, to let them know what’s expected of them, what’s the next step.”
“To do this we use various forms of communication whether that be: electronic, one on one, courtesy phone calls and followup,” she says.
A well-maintained database has a dedicated staff member to ensure that it’s accurate and can be tailored to be of the utmost value, and is a reflection of Mr Schumann’s expertise in technology gained through his early career in IT.
Adding value for clients is being part of the Ray White brand. “Because Ray White has the largest network in Australia, we have the best trainers, so sales staff get access to the best training, the best auctioneers, the best of everything.”
Plans are also afoot to increase the office’s already significant level of community involvement. “We want to give back to the Community where possible but also to extend the family environment that we have had here, as well as being accessible, we want people to feel like the door is always open,” says Ms Auer
